California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones walks through the progress California has made in health care reform since implementing Covered California, the state's health care exchange, and points out areas of the Affordable Care Act that he believes need improvement. Jones delivers the 2014 Rhoda Goldman Distinguished Lecture on Health Policy and then joins Henry E. Brady, the dean of Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley, for a wide-ranging talk on Props 45 and 46 and other health policy issues issues facing the voters in November, 2014.
