Monique Matlock

Monique Matlock currently serves as the Executive Assistant to Dean David C. Wilson and is the Co-chair of the department’s Staff Council. With over nine years of dedicated experience in executive support roles, her career journey has been marked by diverse projects at institutions such as UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Whole Foods Market Regional Office, and Stanford Health Care. These experiences, encompassing financial and research analysis, HR processes, and event management, have equipped her with a versatile skill set that she brings to her role at the Goldman School of Public Policy.

Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Monique maintains a strong commitment to her community. Beyond her professional endeavors, she actively collaborates with local non-profit organizations and companies, as a Master Certified Wellness Coach, to raise community awareness around accessible mental health resources and professional development. Her passion for empowering others underscores her holistic approach to making meaningful contributions both in and outside of the workplace.
