Eric Wilson supports the GSPP content management system and internal applications.
Eric earned his BA in English from Sonoma State University and his MA in Education from UC Berkeley. He started his career as a high school English and Instrumental Music teacher, where he taught courses ranging from AP English Language and Composition to Introduction to Guitar.
When the English Department wanted to collect data to assess students’ writing skills each year, Eric wrote an application that would generate consistent rubrics for each teacher and calculate students’ performances automatically. This inspired him to further pursue a career where he could apply programming concepts to help colleagues understand complex problems.
