Biography

Chloe Brown is a Bay Area professional with more than 10 years experience making public policies and programs more effective and efficient. She is currently serving on detail to the U.S House of Representatives, where she is a Professional Staff Member for the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. As a Senior Analyst with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), Chloe leads teams looking at topics such as regulation of financial technology (fintech), insurance, and banking. She is also a diversity and inclusion facilitator at GAO. Prior to her time at GAO, Chloe analyzed education and social policy issues with the Inter-American Dialogue, a think tank in Washington, D.C. and co-founded a small web development company.

Chloe received her Master of Public Affairs from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017. She also holds a Bachelor of International Affairs from the University of Southern California.
