Randall is interested in creating frameworks that promote collaboration and skill-sharing in the fields of business, policy, and technology. He thrives in a learning environment and always looks to help others achieve their long-term goals with careful planning and organization. As a Master of Public Policy candidate, he is developing analytical skills for effective policy evaluation and strategy implementation.
Randall has experience working in the TESOL, nonprofit, and municipal government space. He created international education programs in Macau, China, Mongolia, and Thailand with the purpose of promoting intercultural exchange and learning and used ESL teaching methods to advocate for Asian immigrants in Southern California.
He received his BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley.
