Biography

As a graduate student of public policy, Randall aims to develop innovation strategies that promote collaboration and intercultural communication. Randall's professional background started while he worked in Macau as a Fulbright Fellow. There, he started developing education programs in Mongolia and remote areas in China. Most recently, he worked in a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles that advocated for Asian immigrants and refugees in Southern California.

 

He received his BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley.
