I am thrilled to be completing Goldman's Master of Public Policy in conjunction with the School of Public Health's Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management, expected graduation May 2020.
I'm a queer feminist activist advocating for reproductive and racial justice through building access to care, advancing political representation of traditionally disenfranchised groups and dismantling structures of inequality, violence and oppression. My particular policy interests are abortion care, trans and queer health and racial justice.
My background is in direct care as a Health Services Specialist at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte in Oakland and as a Rape Crisis Counselor at the YWCA in San Jose. I graduated Boston College in 2013 with a B.A. in Political Science and Women's & Gender Studies. As an undergraduate I was a campus organizer for expanding sexual health services, resources and education on our Catholic campus.
