Jim is currently an adjunct associate professor at St. Mary’s College of California where he teaches international development aid to undergraduate students and graduate students.  Both groups of students travel to and study in Rwanda.

Prior to going back to school, Jim was in the business world for 27+ years. Losi was President of Community Investor Services (CIS) for the Charles Schwab Corporation. Under Losi’s leadership, CIS’s mission was to improve the quality of life in the communities in which Schwab employees lived and worked by “helping every individual become a community investor.” Over the years, Losi held senior leadership positions in several areas of the company and his career in financial service includes prior senior positions at Citicorp and Bank of America.

Losi has served on numerous philanthropic boards including the Red Cross, Guidestar, CARE, the UNCF and several family boards.
