Dear Class of 2018,
The Goldman School is committed to public service education that fosters inclusion, promotes opportunity and helps everyone understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in American life. To that end, the Class of 2018 wants to look to leaders that embody that commitment to inclusive and equitable policy-making.
In the spirit of investment in these values, the Class of 2018 is fundraising to pay for 25 picture frames from Sapphire Pine to hold photos of each of GSPP's previous Alumnae of the Year. The wood will be donated by Sapphire Pine, and funds raised through this class gift will pay for the labor cost to build the 25 frames. We aim to install these photos on the east wall of room 105 during the summer of 2018 to continue the community's engagement with the concepts of diversity, inclusion and equity in policy-making.
Our goal is 100% participation from the Class of 2018 (your donation can remain anonymous; the most important thing is that you give). No amount is too small, so please give what you can. You can donate online here. Please specify “MPP Class of 2018 Gift” under the Special Instructions section before you check out so the donation will be counted towards our class gift (and encourage your friends and family members to write “MPP Class of 2018 Gift” as well). Thank you to Sapphire Pine for donating the wood for the frames!
Thank you again,
Alena, Beth and Kimberly
