James (Jaimy) Chadam is a Partner/Principal in the Performance Improvement Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Jaimy leads the Strategy and Americas West Practice for EY's Customer Advisory Services. Jaimy's functional areas of specialization cover customer experience management, converged devices, mobile commerce, social media, and overall growth strategy.
Jaimy was also an Executive Partner & Managing Director in Accenture’s Strategy Practice. At Accenture, Jaimy was responsible for strategy-related management consulting engagements in ASEAN, China, Australia, India, and Korea. He focused in Communications, High Tech, and Media but has served as lead or Quality Assurance in Financial Services, Retail, and Consumer Products.
Prior to Accenture, Jaimy was an M&A Legal Analyst with Skadden, Arps, drafted environmental policy at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, and worked for a United States Presidential candidate.
