Giving to GSPP
Planned Gifts
Members of the GSPP Silver Society are responsible for some of the Goldman School of Public Policy’s most thoughtful gifts.
Membership
Membership is conferred upon those who have expressed their desire to make a gift to GSPP through some form of planned gift. Planned gifts can often provide the donor with life income benefits, along with considerable tax savings. Many individuals who could not otherwise make a generous gift to GSPP find they are able to do so with a carefully planned gift, thereby fulfilling their philanthropic goals for the School.
Planned gifts include:
- Bequests
- Pooled Income Funds
- Gift Annuities
- Charitable trusts
- Gifts of property
Many people think that you have to be a certain age — say 55 or over — to make a planned gift. Not true. All that is really necessary is to realize there are ways you can make a substantial contribution to GSPP and satisfy your personal tax and financial goals at the same time. A planned gift to GSPP may be the answer.
