The 4th Annual Network San Francisco reception provides students with the opportunity to meet and talk with prospective employers and Goldman School alumni from across the Bay Area.

This event is co-sponsored by the H. John Heinz III College and Carnegie Mellon University Alumni Relations.

Employers who register and attend Network San Francisco will receive a 25% discount off their Career Fair registration fee.

Timeline Overview

6:00 p.m.
Registration Opens for Network San Francisco. Check in at the Goldman School registration area and receive a name tag designating you as an employer or a job candidate. Goldman School staff will be on-hand to answer questions and to connect employers with job candidates.

7:15 p.m.
Welcome by University of California, Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon University Representatives

8:30 p.m.

Directions

From the South Bay / Peninsula
Take 101 North to the 9th Street Exit.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto 9th St.
Continue northbound across Market Street. You are now on Larkin Street.
At the third traffic light turn left onto McAllister.
Continue two blocks to Van Ness Avenue and turn left.

From the East Bay
Take I-80 West, via the Bay Bridge to the 9th Street/Civic Center Exit
Stay right on the exit ramp. Turn left onto Harrison Street.
Turn right onto 9th St.
Continue northbound across Market Street. You are now on Larkin Street.
At the third traffic light turn left onto McAllister.
Continue two blocks to Van Ness Avenue and turn left.

From the North Bay
Cross the Golden Gate Bridge.
Follow the signs to Downtown via Lombard St.
Turn right onto Van Ness Avenue.
Continue Southbound to McAllister Street.

Parking

The Performing Arts Garage - Grove Street between Franklin & Gough Streets (415-252-8238)Accommodates 616 vehicles, and is open for all performances.

The Civic Center Garage - McAllister Street between Polk and Larkin Streets (415-863-1537)Open for most performances.

There are several additional parking areas in the vicinity of the Performing Arts Center.

Public Transit

The War Memorial Veterans Building, part of the San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Arts Center, is easily accessible by public transit.

Muni lines serving the War Memorial Performing Arts Center include Bus Nos. 5, 21, 47 and 49. The Civic Center area is also served by the following bus lines:

AC Transit - East Bay. Riders can take AC Transit (dial 511 anywhere in the Bay Area) to the Transbay Terminal, on Mission Street between First and Fremont Streets, and transfer to Muni lines such as the No. 5 Bus.
