Arrival Time

It is recommended that you arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the fair, in order to give yourself time to park, register, and set up your table.

Tables & Supplies

Each organization will be provided with the following items at the Career Fair:

  • Table and chair for each representative
  • Table sign
  • Nametag for each representative
  • Directory of participating employers

Recommended Materials To Bring

It is highly recommended that you bring printed materials to market your organization such as:

  • Informational brochures
  • Job and internship descriptions
  • Annual reports
  • Any other materials you would like to bring to market your organization

You can expect approximately 100 Goldman School students to attend this fair. Please note that students from other graduate programs on the Berkeley campus have also been invited to attend (i.e. Haas School of Business, School of Public Health, Boalt Law School, etc), as well as Public Policy students from Mills College.

Parking for Employers

All employers should park in the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union Garage. There will be a parking attendant who will give you a parking permit. If your organization needs more than one parking permit, please inform me as soon as possible.

Driving Directions for Employers

  1. From I-80 West or East, exit University Avenue
  2. Continue east on University Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles to Oxford Street
  3. Turn right onto Oxford Street
  4. Turn left onto Durant Avenue
  5. Turn left onto College Avenue
  6. Turn left onto Bancroft Way - immediately get into the right lane
  7. Pauley Ballroom is located in the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union on the Berkeley campus. It is north of the intersection between Bancroft Way and Telegraph Avenue, on the right side of the street.
  8. Park in the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union Garage, located below the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union. To Enter: After turning left onto Bancroft Way, immediately get into the right lane, then turn right into the parking entrance.
  9. Inform the parking attendant that you are attending the Public Policy Career Fair, and you will be given a parking permit.
  10. From the parking garage, enter the Student Union building. Take the elevator to the 3rd Floor to get to Pauley Ballroom.
