Biographical Statement:
David Vogel received his doctorate in Politics from Princeton University and has been on the Berkeley faculty since 1973. He is the author of six books on business political influence and the politics of environmental regulation. He is currently writing on monograph on corporate social responsibility and a book comparing risk management policies in the European Union and the United States. Vogel is the editor of the California Management Review.
