The Berkeley Institute of the Environment's selection committee has chosen seven interdisciplinary faculty teams from across campus as the first recipients of the BIE Roundables and Working Groups. The awards, totalling $100,000, will serve to bring faculty members from multiple disciplines and departments together to find new ways of addressing critical local and global environmental challenges.
